📖License Agreement

Downloading and using our artwork anywhere binds you to the license terms described in this agreement.

The ind license allows you to use the artwork downloaded from our platform for your personal or commercial projects. If you purchase a subscription you can download up to 80 downloads per month. If you have a free account you can download up to 40 illustrations per month.

Type of licenses

Personal

Use this option to download the artwork to use as you like on websites, social media accounts and physical items.

You may use the downloaded artwork for personal projects and non-commercial. However, you may not sell or otherwise distribute any of your work in any form without first receiving permission from ind and linking back with attribution.

Commercial

You can use this item in your commercial projects involving customer orders, revenue generating projects, final products for sale, physical or digital advertising, physical items not intended for sale. You may modify the resources according to your needs and use them royalty-free in any or all of your personal and commercial projects.

The Independently Commercial license is perfect for any customer who wants to use the artwork on a final product intended for sale, with the exception of items produced in large quantities (50,000+ copies). This includes t-shirts, stickers, wall art and mugs.

General license terms and conditions

You may modify the resources according to your needs and use them royalty-free in any or all of your personal and commercial projects.

ind will not be responsible for any results that may occur during the use of our resources. You are responsible for the good or bad use of our resources.

You may use the free artwork for both personal and commercial projects.

It is not allowed under any circumstances

Give away, redistribute, resell, rent, license, sublicense or offer the downloaded file to third parties. If you are creating final products for sale or for free distribution, they must not include our editable source files.

Assign authorship as your own. You only obtain the license that allows you to use the artwork only on the terms specified in this license agreement.

Anything else, except as permitted in this agreement, is prohibited.

If we suspect that you do not comply with this agreement and the terms of use of our service, your account will be terminated without notice and you will be notified of the reason, which you cannot appeal.

Changes and modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these License Terms at any time. Changes to the License will take effect as of your next subscription period.
